Reminders:
- Those who are attending Junior Olympics pole packing will be Sunday August 2nd at 11 am. You must be present for this.
- Sunday August 2nd is the last day the den is open until September 14th.
- September 14th @ 4:30pm we will start speed/odd runway training which will take place on Monday/Wednesday/Friday, this will continue until mid October.

Please pass along that the den is closed the month of August for Junior Olympics, U20 Worlds (Isaiah Whitaker) and Vacation for Mike.
