Then a couple of roe deer stepped onto the bait.

Watched them through the Nocpix Quest for a few minutes before they moved off again.

The cameras have been alive lately.

Foxes moving through the dark — even in deep freeze before sunrise.
Another one working the same ground on a softer night above zero.

A roe buck stepping through the snow in late afternoon light.
Badger pushing steady through the forest after dark.
And a moose passing heavy and calm in daylight.

From -18°C frozen silence to shifting February evenings.

First proper test today.
Running a few rounds on soda bottles filled with warm water — simple setup, just getting a feel for the rifle.

No experience with 6.5 Creedmoor before, so this is all about learning the platform and seeing how it performs.
