As y’all know I am involved in Natural State Fly Shop Hosting the “F3T” (Fly Fishing Film Tour) “Under the Bridge”. This has been taking up a lot of my “spare” time. What I really want to tell everyone is that this is not going to be a “Single Sponsor” Event! Everyone knows that our Fly-Fishing Community has a huge number of supporters. When I talked Rodney and Tina into trying to do this, I was hoping to get Fly-Fishing related businesses to join in. The response has been a little overwhelming.

First, we had to get the Cotter Area Chamber of Commerce onboard. That was surprisingly easy as they made me feel that they wanted to do it from the first discussion and they have been an enormous help all through every stage of planning. Letting me know what was needed, who to contact, all of the requirements of using the City Park and about 100 tips to make it go smoothly.

Then I hoped to “slick talk” all the Fly Shops in our area to be Sponsors. Y’all know I can talk a fence post out of the ground, but I didn’t expect everyone to contact me to get in on this. We had to enlarge the number of sponsors due to all the phone calls, texts, and people coming in wanting to help.

Fly Shops:
Diamond State Fly Co, Fly's and Guides, Natural State Fly Shop, Two Rivers Fly Shop, and Wishes & Fishes all stepped up with Support!

Resorts:
Cotter Trout Lodge, Ember Shoals Resort, White Hole Resort, and White River Trout Club all wanted to be a supporter.

Local Businesses:
Cotter Bridge Market, Outside The Box- Cotter,AR, Ozark Legacy Rentals, Wapsi Fly Company, all contacted me wanting in!

Local Volunteer Groups: North Arkansas Fly Fishers, Arkansas White River Trout Unlimited Chapter 698

I also want to Thanks to our Local Guides that are stepping in to make sure the Guides are well represented. Steve Dally Outfitters is Giving a Full Day Guided Fly-Fishing Trip, Natural State Fly Shop is giving a 3/4 Day Wade/Float Fly-Fishing Trip, and many others are giving Hats, Flies and other items to make this an evening to remember. More are coming in everyday too!

As you can tell, this is a North Central Arkansas Area Community Sponsored Event! We really do have a wonderful Community! You should plan on being there October 17th F3T Under the Bridge on the White River Cotter AR Cotter City Park.

Fourteen years ago Dominic Zametto had a dream and decided to follow that dream alongside his adoring mother, Pat Zametto. She supported and trusted his passion to buy Two Rivers Fly Shop from Dominic’s favorite Fly Guide, Jim Lipscomb. Without her unconditional love and support we would not have been successful and open today as one of your favorite Fly Shops.
On September 20th, Pat passed away to join her heavenly family, Glenn and Dominic.
We adore and love Ms Pat, as most called her, and want to celebrate her life and the countless memories of laughter and guidance she has given us throughout all the years and the years to come.

New to wade fishing? No worries! Please connect with a sister ahead of time so you can buddy up and feel comfortable on the water. Experienced anglers are welcome to fish independently or bring a sister along.

Let’s make some memories, bend some rods, and hopefully put a few trout in the net! 🐟💦
