HE SAID YES!! 🥰 It’s PROM-POSAL time!! Exactly one month from today, we’ll be celebrating Adroit’s NINTH BIRTHDAY with Adroit Prom on Saturday May 9th! Get ready to dance the night away “Dressed to the NINES” (get it?) 🕺🏻

What’s a Prom without a Prom-Posal?! Part of the fun is asking your plus one! Ask your fav workout partner, your bestie, your partner, your gym crush, your local barista, ask as many people as you want! We don’t need no stinkin chaperones (well, we probably do 😂) It’s all in good fun as we’re ALL going to be ready to party together under the stars! ✨

There might be something special in store for our favorite Prom-Posal so get creative and make sure to tag us! 😉

All of the new designs are loaded onto our site and ready to purchase now! However, make sure to check out each design and garment because we’ve got several NEW products we think y’all will LOVE! Including new comfort colors styles and some non-cropped options for the ladies!

If you’ve never bought from our store before, here’s the quick rundown!

-Items are available for “pre-order” until WEDNESDAY APRIL 15th! All items will be processed that day and then we’ll all get our goodies!

-Items can be shipped direct to you (so our out of town homies can still buy!) or to Adroit

-PLEASE read all garment / fit notes on each individual style so you’re making sure you’re getting a good fit for you!

-AFTER April 15th, the store will still be live so you can still purchase items, but they will come at a later date and cannot guarantee sizes / colors!

-The rest of the store / older designs are still active and “on demand”. So you can still buy any of our older items and those will go ahead and ship out to you ahead of the new pre-order!

Why do we do CrossFit?!

Well besides it being fun, making you a certified bad ass, helping you meet new friends, and looking better naked (😏), the movements we do here ultimately lead to better every day movement patterns and a longer, more active and independent lifestyle. Which if you ask us, is pretty damn important.🤘🏽

▪️Deadlifts : That old saying “lift with your legs not your back” rings true. Whether moving furniture or bringing in the latest Amazon package someone ordered (👀) learning proper bracing and lifting technique will keep your back safe and healthy. 📦

▪️Box Step Ups : Not all of us were blessed with genetic height gifts, but ya still gotta get stuff off the top shelf! 🌱

▪️Burpees : At the end of the day, a burpee is the ability to get yourself down and up off the floor safely without assistance. If she doesn’t remember the “help I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” commercials - she’s too young for you bro. 🙅🏻‍♀️

▪️Clean + Jerk : While this movement may look fancy or extraneous, being able to hoist your carry on suitcase up and overhead into the compartment on an airplane has biggg BDE energy and will be sure to wow your fellow passengers.👌🏽

▪️Farmer’s Carry : Why make 3 trips to the car when you can make one?! Ask any CrossFitter - getting the groceries in in one trip is our favorite pastime. (Besides talking about CrossFit of course). 😈

▪️Kettlebell Swings : Whether you’re picking up a puppy or a tiny human to toss in the air, no one wants to be the one who pulls their back out trying to entertain baby Susie at her second birthday party in front of all her tiny demanding toddler friends. 🤷🏻‍♀️

What is Adroit at Play?

Think of Adroit at Play as a substitute for your kid's normal recess / PE time!! This will NOT be a CrossFit class - they will not learn any movements, work with a barbell etc. There will be games, activities, physical movement - a chance to get their energy out, socialize with other kids, and give you guys a small break in your day.

We have some FABULOUS teachers that are going to help program the activities and run Adroit at Play for us, so your kids will be in GREAT hands.

We'll ask you to provide your kids own water bottle and anything they need personally for the hour.

Parents are welcome to hangout in the lounge during class or drop their kids off and come pick them back up after class!
