The T2 Fitness Foundation's T2 Fresh Start Initiative, in partnership with Norfolk Parks & Recreation, is a FREE 12-week wellness program designed to complement the care participants receive from their healthcare provider.

Participants will receive:

✅ Wellness Coaching
✅ Mental Health Support

Join us for Beach Workout every Wednesday & Friday from 7 - 7:45 a.m. This all-levels community workout combines strength, cardio and core exercises, with the natural resistance of the sand helping you build endurance, balance and overall fitness.

After making tremendous strides in learning to swim at the City of Norfolk’s Southside Aquatics Center, her fellow community members encouraged her to take on her second-ever triathlon: the RVA Sprint Triathlon in Rockville, VA. In doing so, she inspired City lifeguard Giovanni “Jojo” Johnson and her friend, Paris Hamilton, to join her!
