Please support the upcoming benefit for John Reding and his family on April 26th! Be sure to bid on the CrossFit 1026 Norfolk, NE basket to support your wellness journey. It includes a 1-month unlimited membership to CrossFit 1026, protein bars, protein, a yoga mat, jump rope, water bottle, shaker bottle, electrolytes, and a foam roller. All proceeds from the silent auction items will go to John and his family.

John has dedicated much of his life to the city of Norfolk as a professional firefighter and paramedic. Please show him support during this time of need as he navigates medical complexities and the recovery process❤️🚑🚒

This event is open to members and non-members!

We encourage all our members to participate if able or come and cheer our athletes on!
