Our pricing can be a little confusing since we have sooooo many ways to fly, here’s a quick breakdown:

☀️ memberships - we have 3 and 12 month commitments with the option to take 4, 8, or unlimited classes per month. This is the most affordable way to fly and credits roll over (among other fun perks!)

☀️ packages - 10 classes to use in 3 months, or the endless 11 pack and it renews after you’ve used all 11 credits or after 4 months

☀️ private lessons - the best option if you want more personalized training, you can buy a single session, a 5-pack, or a 10-pack. We also offer a private lesson membership!

☀️ drop ins - stop in for a class or 2! $35 for pole classes, $40 for aerial classes, and $45 for lollipop classes

☀️ first time flyer - buy 2 classes, get 1 free = $79 for 3 intro classes (excluding lollipop)

Some other things that make us say ew as aerialists (in no particular order):

✨ ladders

✨ no storage space on your phone

✨ when it’s so hot the fabric sticks to you

✨ when it’s so cold you can’t grip the fabric

✨ when the grip aid doesn’t feel right

✨ wearing pants

✨ wearing shorts

✨ when you forget to hit record before the best run through of your life

✨ wedgies (you know the ones 👀)

✨ silk burn in the shower

✨ calluses

✨ not having enough of a callus

✨ the other side

new floor, who dis?

We did something funnn and now our back room has two types of flooring! A nice laminate floor for the pole lovelies who want to do heels work. And our soft mats for our aerial classes, or the pole lovelies that have some hard landings 😬

Interested in trying pole? We’re in Norfolk and we offer:

Intro - Saturdays at 11:30am
Pole 1 - Saturdays at 12:45pm and Mondays at 6:15pm
Pole 2 - Thursdays at 7:30pm
Flying Pole - every other Saturday at 10:15am
