We're back this month with another special event! Join us on Sunday, August 30th at 10:15 or 11:15 to Relax and Recharge!

You'll start with a 45 minute sound bath while you float in our aerial slings led by the amazing

Then wrap up with a 15 minute presentation about matcha by the fabulous .cafe

It was either this or hyper mobility lol

But for real, there’s just something about focusing on not falling that helps quiet the brain for us neurodivergent folks. Add in the dash of danger and it’s like catnip!

Last week was pretty busy for us! We had our rigging workshop, rigging inspection, and the Summer Swelter Spectacular!

But what you didn’t see was our Studio Maintenance and Cleaning Day 🧽🗑️🧹 we figured since the floors were already up for the inspection and the show it was the perfect time! Here’s everything we were able to accomplish on Sunday:

1. We deep cleaned all the floors and all of the bigger mats (does anyone want to guess how many we have between crash pads, panel mats, yoga mats, and pole mats? It’s a lot!)

2. We did our regular pole maintenance and inspection to make sure everything moves smoothly and stays safe for you to use

3. We set up a nice new stretch area near the lollipops

4. We were even able to sneak in a little content filming for August 🎥

Thank you so much to the Railroad Conductors that were able to help out and of course to the ones who couldn’t make it but still help keep the studio running smoothly 🖤

Congrats to Zoe who reached 25 classes with us! She’s been a regular in Hoop and Aerial Yoga classes for a while now and such a delight to teach!

Zoe got to sign our white silk, took home a special sticker, and got a $25 credit on her account!

Can’t wait to see you hit 50 classes ♥️

We had the BEST time at our very first Burlesque and Aerial show this weekend: Summer Swelter Spectacular!

Annual rigging inspection ✔️

Thank you Summer Davies and Vertical Art Dance for designing our truss, helping us keep it in tip top shape, and navigating all the weird ceiling things that come with historic buildings!

The new ropes in the front room are 👩🏻‍🍳💋 🤌🏻

Next time you’re in the studio ask to see some of our retired equipment to get a feel for the wear and tear that goes along with all your aerial fun
