Happy 3rd CrossFit anniversary to Sarah! Yesterday marked 3 years since she first walked through our doors, and we couldn’t be more proud of her commitment, consistency, and growth. But beyond the workouts, we love Sarah for the kind, sweet, and positive energy she brings to our gym every single day.

Special shoutout to our Mexican crew who absolutely showed up and showed out for Heritage Night 🇲🇽🔥 The energy, the pride, and the vibes were unmatched!
