Allsouth Barbell Club ALLSOUTH Barbell Club is based out of CrossFit NBK in Historic Roswell Georgia. We encourage a competitive yet friendly environment, and welcome all abilities.

We strive to create successful athletes through hard work, proper coaching and strong support system. Our club consists of beginning weightlifters, fitness enthusiasts, youth athletes, and national competitors. Services Provided:

The goon squad is headed to Athens for Masters Worlds. They got to put on a show in Little Rock to qualify and now we’re in prep for September. It’s another great year at the Iron Born open. We have closed registration to control flow and keep our quality high.

We have 10 spots available for men and youth boys lifting on the 20kg bar. If you would like to join us on the platform DM us or dm/text .andyc to snag a spot before they are gone!

This competition is great all experience levels. Runs on time, and no surprises ever. Athlete briefings go out 1-2 weeks in advance of meet weekend. Medals awarded for all age divisions, and weight classes.
