Allsouth Barbell Club ALLSOUTH Barbell Club is based out of CrossFit NBK in Historic Roswell Georgia. We encourage a competitive yet friendly environment, and welcome all abilities.

We strive to create successful athletes through hard work, proper coaching and strong support system. Our club consists of beginning weightlifters, fitness enthusiasts, youth athletes, and national competitors. Services Provided:

Junior Nationals was a blast with Roy! 3/3 in the sn**ch smashing a PR at 130kg for a silver medal. In the Clean and jerk he made 160kg on his second to lock down the silver total medal. Taking a shot at 166kg on his third for the gold medal clean and jerk, total, and a spot on the Junior Pan Am team this year but knocking out his Junior Qualifying total. Received that big pr attempt back on his heels and ended up having to let it go falling back while standing up! A successful day of growth and a great attack on his goals for Roy. Look out for bigger lifts and totals from him soon. See you all in Texas!

Finally settling back into our routines from Nationals Week. We took a skeleton crew this year and both athletes brought home some hardware!

First up Allsouth’s second OG Jacob Adam improved his SR Nationals total medal from a bronze in 2022 to a silver here in 2026. The oldest competitor on the platform in this group this year and he was in the fight all the way through despite not having his best day. It’s always fun to watch an experienced lifter handle early misses and come back when it matters. Jacob missed 140 and 142 before making 145 like it should have been his opener for silver in the sn**ch. In the clean and jerk he had a press out on 180 after an injury on the platform slowed everything down. Came back and made 181 easily to pressure all other lifters into bigger lifter. Missed the jerk at 187 that we believe would have locked up gold for him as the smoke cleared.

All in all a solid performance for Jacob and a great back off week to compete as we lead up to masters worlds in Athens late September!
