OK, so enough is enough sports show a lot of great things and teach a lot of great things and it takes skill to do that no doubt. But when people start demanding and pushing a narrative of you have to be cosigned by passing these test to be accepted as a Trainer or accept your training..
I’ll be nice and say 90% of the people with these narratives pushing these so-called test your training through sport hasn’t done anything in the real world.
They cannot strip the dog butt naked and take it off leash in an unpredictable environment, maybe an unsafe environment, and count on their training in their relationship.
The same people over the years have said you can’t train certain things yet I’ve done it and proved it.
look at these people‘s training outside of a grass field, a classically conditioned items of a routine take away the routine take away the classic conditioned items strip them naked and 90% of that obedience will not stand in an unpredictable environment.
Yet they preach if you can’t do this you shouldn’t be training or must test your training to be accepted as a trainer.
I haven’t even begun getting into aggressive dogs, behavior, modifications or behavior management been there done that prove that after all else’s failed.
You can’t be decent at one thing and preach that’s the only way. It’s getting really ridiculous between the real bite dogs and what people think are real by dogs and what people except as real by dogs to the obedience behavior, modifications tools, all of it way out of control.
