Boot Camp Classes:
Mon 6-7:00 am, 9-10:00 am
Wed 6-7:00 am, 9-10:00 am
Fri 6-7:00 am, 9-10:00 am

Personal Training Sessions available by appointment. Depending on the workout for the day, the group breaks off into either partner or individual circuit training. Some workouts are timed and some are rep based. Dumbbells of varying weight are often utilized with everyone doing the same exercises.

There is always an alternative exercise for participants with exercise restrictions or limitations. You won't be asked to dance around in any way! Nothing is choreographed to music! This is Boot Camp! Classes are changed often and push you within your ability. You will leave each session with the satisfaction of completing a challenging workout that will bring results! All levels are welcome, but I will ask that you eventually push past your comfort zone. This is why my clients get RESULTS! You will work hard and make friends as you encourage and celebrate each other’s success! Starting is the hardest part of the journey to a healthier you! Come see what Boot Camp is all about.
