CFN is partnering with F45 Brentwood TN to bring you another full HYROX simulation.

Heats start at 8:05 AM. Grab a partner, test your fitness, and see where you stack up.

Open to everyone — you do not have to be a CFN or F45 member to compete.

13 Years of CrossFit Nolensville!

It’s hard to believe, but we’re celebrating 13 years of CrossFit Nolensville this month!

What started as a small gym has grown into an incredible community of people who show up, work hard, support one another, and make this place special every single day.

Join us on Saturday, June 13th at 9:00 AM for a fun anniversary workout as we celebrate the people who got us here. Members, former members, friends, and family are all welcome to jump in or simply come hang out.

We’ll stick around afterward for some good food, cold drinks, and great company.

Thank you for 13 amazing years. We’d love to celebrate with you.

PS. There will be no HYROX on 6/13 at 8 AM!!!

Huge shoutout to all of our athletes that competed at the and represented CrossFit Nolensville so well! Everybody went out there and competed hard, and we even had a few teams bring home some hardware. Also really appreciate all of those that came out to support and cheer everyone on all day. Huge shoutout to everyone who took on the Open this year — whether through our CFN intramural or HQ. The 60 athletes that competed and absolutely showed what CrossFit is all about: testing your fitness. Proud of every single one of you.

Congrats to Coach AJ’s team CrossFit Is Cheaper Than Therapy for pulling out a win in our tiebreaker week! And a big thank you to our coaches for making it all happen — plus 100% participation from our athletes 👏

Special congrats to the 12 CFN athletes who finished in the top 25% worldwide and advanced to Quarterfinals — no small feat!

And a MASSIVE shoutout to Nolen Guthrie, who finished top 300 in the world in his age group and is now training for Semifinals. Let’s rally behind him as he pushes to qualify for the CrossFit Games 💪🔥
