The TN Spikes 11u season and four year run came to an end a couple of weeks ago in Albertville, AL. Proud of how these athletes ended their year - winning two of their final three tournaments and each player played an important role contributing to the team’s success.

Countless incredible memories over the past four years. Some championships were won, some lessons were learned… all of it was part of the development process.

Thank you to all the boys and familes that were part of the Spikes journey from 8u - 11u. The investment from the parents, siblings, grandparents, community, etc is immeasurable.

Records only tell part of the story and long term don’t really mean much of anything but we finished the four year run at 125-36-5…

Looking ahead, most of our team will be returning as we transition to 12u and join ZT. We look forward to getting started later this summer and prepare for next spring.

Congrats to our boys on winning this past weekend’s Panama Hacks Music City Tournament. These guys have a knack for making things interesting/dramatic which drives me nuts at times but nevertheless it’s fun to be a part of. Every single one of these kids contributed in a big way. This was our last local tournament of the season before we head to Albertville, AL on Thursday.

We are excited to announce that the Spikes will be joining up with ZT for 12u! Thrilled to be part of a great organization to help facilitate the development of our athletes!

A week ago we think we turned the corner. Played up in 12u and even though we went 1-2, we played well. Had leads late in the game in both losses. Midweek we took home the Brentwood Ball Club championship. Today we won the GMB Memorial Day Classic. Proud of these guys, their development, and the their competitive spirit.

The Spikes finished runner up last weekend after going 3-1 in a GMB AAA tournament against some very solid and evenly matched teams. Pitching and defense were on display and kept the team in every game.
