It was a gorgeous morning on the beach today! Join us next weekend at 8am on Saturday and Sunday. Starting October 1 we’re back to 7 days a week at 9am. Turn left at the end of the bridge and drive to the concession stand on the right. There’s parking across from the stand. No experience or yogis mat needed. Just bring a beach blanket, water, and a willingness to stretch 🙏
