I want to properly introduce you to what has been quietly building here.

Some of you know me through Triple HP Ranch — the place I built from a deep belief that horses and humans heal each other. Helping Horses. Helping People. That mission has never changed.

What has evolved is the container around it.

Triple HP Ranch is now home to something I have been developing through years of deep personal work — my shadow coach training, becoming a certified Holy Fire Reiki practitioner, my own inner journey, and the thousands of hours spent with horses who never once let me get away with anything less than the truth.

That something is called Leading REIN.

Leading REIN is my coaching methodology. The name comes from horses — because the reins are directional. They guide. They communicate. They ask a simple but profound question:

Are you leading your life — or is your life leading you?

The REIN framework is the path I take every client through:

R — Reclaim — taking back your power, your voice, your truth
E — Embody — not just knowing it, but living it
I — Illuminate — bringing light to what has been hidden
N — Nurture — tending what emerges with care

Triple HP Ranch is the container — the land, the horses, the sacred space.

Leading REIN is the methodology — the intentional path through transformation.

Together they form something I am deeply proud of.
And I am just getting started.

The people pleaser —
the one who learned that being needed felt safer than being fully seen.
Who gives and gives and gives, then wonders why they feel empty afterward.

The perfectionist —
the one who believes rest must be earned.
Who learned that if the performance was flawless enough, they might finally feel worthy.

The controller —
the one who grips tightly because letting go once felt dangerous.
Who learned to manage everything because life once felt impossible to trust.

These roles protected us once.
But eventually, survival patterns begin to feel like prisons.
