Finally you have the opportunity to participate in something fun for you to get fit. Just 30 days will allow you to see great results but I need you to meet me halfway. You see, joining my Box Fit program is half the battle. You actually have to show consistency to see change. I recommend 4-5 days of classes/personal training and I can promise you that you’ll notice changes in your physique. Boxing is a high calorie burning workout. You’ll use your total body and sculpt those hard to reach places around your mid section. When I was training 7 days a week during my boxing journey, I couldn’t keep a true size on my jeans because I was constantly shredding my waist line. I stuck to joggers because they had a draw string at least 😆. If you’re serious about wanting to get results, send me a message or text/call Jose @ 312-320-0831. So you start something and you’re excited but the fire in the drive soon starts to disappear.

Here at Box Fit Academy, you receive the most accountability there is possible. We have members from all fitness levels and ages.

You receive 100 points for participation in classes and each new member receives an exercise list to take home to put in the extra work that it takes to get closer to their goal and outbeat their competition. When you complete an exercise for the number of reps or time, you receive points towards your stripe. You will be added to the Box Fit Academy page where you will show proof of your work.

So what are you waiting for? Your first reward is at 1,500 points.
