CrossFit Kids Ignite Solid Core Teens - Constant Progress - Fun Classes are one hour long, includes stretching, warming up, learning a new skill, followed by the workout.

Located within CrossFit Solid Core, we offer CrossFit Teens classes for athletes ages 12+

We run in 6 week cycles with training days on
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning.

It's time to announce our TEENS Class specifics.
(Ages 12+)

6 Weeks
Start Date: 1/18/22
Runs Through: 2/26/22
Sessions: Tuesday and Thursday at 330 PM
Saturday at 800 AM
Cost: $150
Size Limit: 12 members only
