⚠️ NEW DAYS ALERT: now on Tuesdays & Thursdays (moved from Mon/Wed, so update those alarms!)
Stretch it out, move with intention, and yes - you're still allowed to complain.

Our Lost & Found is starting to look like we robbed a small electronics store.

Earbuds, charging cases, water bottles, and even some nice gym treasures.

Current champion: one lonely BOSE earbud found underneath the stair climber. Thoughts and prayers to its partner. 🙏

With the salmon run taking its sweet time this year, we couldn’t help but think back to last winter…

When Deb couldn’t fish, she made sure she stayed in fishing shape anyway! 🎣

Because whether the season is closed or the fish just aren’t cooperating, you’ve gotta be ready when that bite finally turns on.
