Our hearts and prayers are with the Crisp family. If you have been a member chances are you have met Jeff. He could usually be found cleaning in between his sets, vacuuming, washing or folding towels. Although he wasn’t truly an employee, he was constantly working to keep the gym a great place. With a big grin on his face he never missed an opportunity to point out dust or let us know what needed cleaning. Jeff was our first member 9 years ago and we quickly fell in love with his selfless character. He quickly went from just a member to a lifelong friend. He will surely be missed. We ask that you please continue to keep his family in your prayers. On behalf of Jeff Crisp and his memory, let’s all dedicate a workout for him. 💙💙💙
