Receiving texts and feedback like this is what makes my role truly so fulfilling. When starting something new such as Pilates, it is often that you are met with uncertainty. I get it, starting something new can be intimidating.

But over time, Pilates has a way of shifting things beyond just your body. It teaches you to slow down, to listen, and to appreciate what your body is able to do. And somewhere along the way, that uncertainty turns into gratefulness of not only what you are able to do, but how much of a privilege it is to be able to move your body.

Getting to be a small part of that shift for someone is something I’ll never take for granted. 🤍
