Hey, you. It’s okay. Take a step back and a deep breath in. Let it go. Give it all to God and take control of what you can.
Exercise is my outlet. It’s my time to work on me. And I do some of my best thinking when I’m lifting weights.
If I’m feeling insecure, overwhelmed, anxious, or unproductive, a workout is usually just what I need to get moving, feel better about myself, or find clarity.
