🚧 GYM UPDATE 🚧

We’ll be installing a brand-new gutter system around the building! 🙌

During the installation, there will be ladders and workers situated around the building, so please be aware of your surroundings when entering and exiting the gym—for your safety and theirs. 🤗

The good news… NO MORE massive icicles hanging off the building in the winter ❄️🥶 and hopefully no more icy walkways! 🙌

We appreciate everyone’s patience while we get another improvement knocked out! 💪

We got a new BAR but we want to express its SOLE purpose so that we can keep it in tip top shape.

This is a DEADLIFT bar only. Please do not remove from the deadlift platform. It is not meant for benching, curling or squatting. Below is what the website states about this awesome Texas bar! 👇

Built Specifically for the Deadlift

Unlike standard power bars designed to handle all three lifts, the Texas Deadlift Bar is purpose-built for one thing: Pulling Heavy.
The "Science" of the bar is simple but effective: The 190,000 PSI steel shaft is longer and thinner than a standard bar. This design allows the bar to bend (whip) more before the plates actually leave the ground. This means the lifter effectively lifts "less weight" at the very start of the pull—the hardest part of the lift—creating a mechanical advantage. Combined with aggressive knurling and controlled rotation, this bar helps lifters maintain position through maximal attempts.

Was gonna wait to get it powder coated… but this is a piece I’ve been wanting to get for you all for a while, and it just landed in my lap….Also added a Texas Deadlift Bar to the mix some 120’s and the Kabuki bar!

I enjoy finding great deals on equipment I know you all will enjoy using… it’s honestly become an addiction at this point 😬😂
Every time I say “we’re good for a while”…another machine magically appears on my FB Marketplace 🤦🏾‍♂️

Then I instantly start justifying it to myself like “Yeahhhh… the members would absolutely love this.” then four hours later it’s in our facility.

We have discovered a great need this school year. We are now hosting a Toiletry Drive to support students and families in the Niles, Brandywine, and Buchanan school districts.

Donations of new, unused hygiene items will be collected to help ensure access to basic personal care essentials for those in need. Travel-size items are especially appreciated.

How you can help:

1.) Drop off items in-person at FitStop24-Niles or the Cass District Library HOWARD Branch (2341 Yankee St)

I can’t even begin to explain how thankful I am for our members.

Every time we bring in something new or need to move equipment around, you guys are always so willing to jump in and help without hesitation. That kind of support doesn’t go unnoticed.

We were finally able to replace the StairMaster that broke down I know it took a little longer than expected, and I truly appreciate everyone’s patience (the weather definitely didn’t help).

Now that things have cleared up, everything went a lot smoother.

Grateful for this community every single day.
