Tomorrow night!! It’s about to go down. This winters playoffs are going to be electric. Who’s hoisting the cup tomorrow night?
Any drink tastes better out of the cup. What are you going. To drink out of it?? 🏆

MORE BIG NEWS!
The league has decided to tweak a few rules, because why not have more fun? We are following NLL rules with our own little flair.

New rules are as follows:
-Each game there are 3 points up for grabs. 1 point to the team who wins the game. 1 point for winning the 1st half. 1 point for winning the second half.
-due to the condensed games, major penalty’s result in a penalty shot and a 2 minute locked in penalty
-2 15 minute halves
-Each team gets one :45 second time-out
-overtime is a 1v1 BRAVEHEART
-When a penalty happens, an extra form of punishment is that the teammates who were playing during the foul, have to stay on the floor to start the penalty. This adds an extra advantage to the power play unit as they will be starting with a tired defense.
-short handed goals release your teams penalty. JAILBREAK. ..talk about momentum swings?!?

You heard it here first. The Chicago Shamrocks have been suspended from Winter Chill league play and will be eligible for reinstatement in Summer 2026.

All affected player rights have been reassigned across the league, and all eligible, registered players have been moved accordingly. The updated schedule is now live on our website and reflects these changes.

We’ll share a schedule update post tomorrow.

⏳ Less than TWO WEEKS to go!

The Chicago Indoor Lacrosse League is back for the Winter Season, kicking off January 24. This is the largest adult box lacrosse league in Illinois, and this winter we’re rolling out with four returning teams.

🏆 Defending Winter Champions: Lake Monsters

📅 Season Dates:
• January 24
• February 7
• February 14
• February 21
➕ One additional week in March TBA for playoffs & championship bracket

League Format:
• Two 30-minute games per team each week
• Fast-paced box lacrosse
• NLL rules
