If you ever found yourself watching them, but never really understood why….that was me! But honestly I think I liked them so much because I felt it was a lot of “Oh, yes I am not the only one.”

💫 THE REAL PURPOSE OF BATON PRACTICE

Practice isn’t supposed to be perfect.

It’s where the baton gets dropped.
The trick gets missed.
The body work isn’t there….yet

That’s the point.

Every repetition builds muscle memory. Every mistake teaches you something. And every time you pick up that baton and try again, you’re getting a little better.

Some practices are fun. Some are frustrating. Some feel like you’re getting nowhere.

Keep going.

Don’t just practice what you can do. Practice what you’re working to become. 💫💕
