A trifecta of graphics coming out tonight! First the recap from Week 6! It was quite a slate of games!
First the Niles Knights battled a solid Coastal Tide team! Dan Snyder and Caleb Smith dueled nearly the entire game allowing minimal runs! In the end it would be timely hitting from the entire Coastal batting order to put away the Knights 7-5! Despite a late inning homer, Shawn Hureskin would slam the door and hand the Knights their first loss of the year.
In Game 2, Los Cubs battled it out with SNAFU and despite some home run fireworks from SNAFU and Caleb Layman, it would be reigning MABL Pitcher of the Year, and Los Cubs prevailing 8-4.
In the nightcap it would be the Reds outlasting the Coyotes as all runs were scored in the final two innings of an amazing pitching and defensive matchup! A late offensive explosion from the Reds would seal the deal as they win 6-1.
The standings going into Week 7 can be seen in the second graphic! The race is tight as always, and there are a lot of games yet to be played.
Tune into the third graphic for the Week 7 slate of action, which features a rematch of last year’s MABL Championship, as well as a Bandits team looking to keep their winning trends going and Warriors still hunting for their first victory. You can also check out the Reds searching for their 2nd straight win against a red hot Jaxx team looking to climb in the standings. Then on Sunday it’s a double dip for the Coastal Tide as they continue their hunt for the #1 spot as they face off with the Coyotes looking to rebound from last week, and a young, exciting SNAFU team looking to get their first win of the campaign!
