Jess Nelson here! I am a Balanced Body certified Comprehensive Pilates instructor. Pilates is not a job, it’s a passion. Having struggled with weight, body dysphoria and mental health issues throughout my life, I’ve always found balance and solace in physical activity. After exploring various fitness modalities, I found Pilates to be a perfect fit to improve my overall quality of life. Inspired by great instructors along the way, I decided to get certified so that I could share the joy of wellness with others who might not see the value of self-care. I’ve seen firsthand that when a person feels good in their body they can do more good in their communities.
