Coming back to Coopers Champion SPORTS AND PERFORMANCE TRAINING
💥💥💥Throughout each sports season, our young athletes run into strengths and weaknesses that they both need to enhance and explore. 💪💪💪Throughout this 6-week program, your young athlete will learn proper form and techniques that will help them throughout their sports career. Traci Cooper, cPT, ACSM, Sports and Conditioning Specialist, will put your athlete through fitness and strengthening techniques that will decrease injuries and encourage speed, strength, and agility.
💪As always, Coopers will take every precaution to ensure the safety of your young athlete.
This program is for young athletes ages 12 through 17. Spaces are limited and available in Champion. 💥💥💥Go into the app today and sign up. Cost for 6 weeks is $250.00/per athlete but will increase to $300 if signed up after March 29th. Coopers Cycle and fitness in the app store. Please message me with questions or call 330-978-5937. Traci Cooper has trained softball athletes, soccer, football teams, volleyball teams, track teams, basketball teams, cyclists, and tennis athletes.
💪💪💪Dates are Tuesdays at 6:30, and Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. beginning on April 4th and we will add more as needed.
💪💪💪We will be using the bungees for resistance training as well as weights and bands.
