Can’t say enough about the work ethic and commitment of this team. From the coaching staff to the players to the trainers to to the managers, they are all in! So thankful that CORE gets to be a part of their training program. It’s a small part, but a part that I believe will make a huge impact. Kudos to strength coach Brandon Roberts and coach Stein for realizing that strength shouldn’t end in the weight room. Yoga gives us access to stretching and increasing range of motion, and only then will we truly unlock the power we gain from weight training….its essential for athletes to reach their potential and to become great! But more than that, it’s a time to increase body awareness and for the mind and body to sync, for the brain to slow down and for the soul calm. It’s a sense of power and balance physically and mentally. Yoga is what you make it. It’s there for you to uncover the deepest part of your soul or sometimes it’s just a good distraction from life. On Wednesday mornings, it happens to be a time for the Kentucky football team to keep pushing, to keep training, to show up again, to keep getting better, to become something and someone greater! And the best part for me, when they remind me to pray at the end ☺️🏈❤️🙏🏼! Can’t wait to watch these boys play the game the love! Go Cats!
