Liminal:
The space between what was and what’s next. A threshold of change, stillness, and becoming.
We’re really good at celebrating beginnings and endings.
The new job.
The relationship.
The graduation.
The move.
The breakthrough.
But nobody throws a party for the weird middle part where the old thing is gone and the new thing hasn’t shown up yet. 😂
That space can feel uncertain because there’s nothing solid to grab onto.
But liminal space isn’t empty space.
It’s where identities shift.
Where old patterns become visible.
Where questions replace certainty.
Where we learn what we actually want when the familiar answers stop working.
So if you’re somewhere between “that isn’t me anymore” and “I don’t quite know who I am now”...
You aren't lost.
You’re in the doorway.
And you’re allowed to stay there long enough to discover what wants to come through with you. 🍂🤍
