🏁 Regional Race Weekend #2 at CCQMA 🏁

Jr Honda heat race started 7th and finished 4th, which landed us on the pole of the B-Main. Took home the win in the B and secured the transfer spot into the feature starting 7th. The feature… well… let’s just say it was a wet one that didn’t end in our favor 💦😅

But Jr Animal made up for it in the best way possible! Started 5th in the heat and finished 4th with an absolute drag race to the line. Rolled off 7th in the A-Main and drove all the way to the front to bring home the WIN! 🏆

See everyone next weekend for regional #2!

Due to the large amount of rain the track has received, points race #2 on Sunday, May 17th has been canceled. We will see everyone next week for the Midwest Lightning .25 Midget Series regional! ⚡️

What a weekend at the first regional race at THQMA! 🏁🔥

Honda heat race was strong from the drop of the green — started 1st and finished 1st, locking us into the “A” Main! 💪

Jr Animal heat started 6th and charged up to finish 3rd, earning a spot in the “A” Main as well!

Feature day brought a few race day jitters early on in Honda, but we battled through and gained more valuable experience against some tough competition.

In Jr Animal, we started 4th and worked our way up to 2nd for part of the race before getting sent to the tail of 12 cars after contact. Driver never gave up, charging back through the field to 5th before the race timed out. Proud of the grit and determination shown all weekend! 👊🏁

Season opener = SUCCESS and we are FIRED UP! 🏁🔥

Our Jr Honda car was absolutely flying and ran in the 1st spot for a good portion of the race before some tough luck set us back, finishing 5th. That’s racing—but the speed is THERE and we’re coming back stronger!

Jr Animal brought it home with a solid 3rd place finish! 🥉💪

This Jr class is 🔥 and the competition is next level—we can’t wait to see what the rest of the season has in store.
