Quarantine goals for May:
I have set a few goals for May & my friend is going to do this challenge with me.
Our goal for May:
Walk/run -100 miles
Walking lunges - 1,550 (50 per day)
Push ups - 620 (20 per day)
Planks - 93 minutes (3 min per day)
We can break up our miles or reps anyway we want as long as the goal number is completed by May 31st.

I believe when setting a goal it's about making small achievable goals & staying positive.

Use the strategy to make a SMART goal.
S-Specific, this is the what, where, how when and with whom part of the goal.

For example: I want to run the Resurgence 10k

M-Measurable, break down the goal into things you can measure. Quantity and time can be measured.

For example: I will run the Resurgence 10k in June

A-Attainable: Is the goal attainable? Will you actually be able to accomplish this goal by the date you have set?

For example: Its May and you have never run before, will you be able to run 10k by June?

R-Relevant, is the goal relevant to you? Do you like running or would you rather get your cardio from joining a rec hockey or ultimate frisbee league?

T-Timely, set an end date for your goal.

For example: I will run 1 km EACH week.

Its better to make a goal like, I will only eat “junk food” on Saturdays, rather than, I will NEVER eat “junk food” again. Set yourself up for a WIN!

Congratulations Cory on your total body transformation! I remember the day you walked into the studio for your 1st training session, you were nervous and excited at the same time- so excited to start your health and fitness journey but nervous because you hadn't exercised in a long time. You were Committed 2B Fit!
Up at 4:30 am, 3 times a week. You made your workout a priority and you didn't let anything or anybody get in your way. You have sacrificed and changed your eating habits to make healthier choices. You have shown what dedication and discipline can do! One of your goals was to look and feel amazing in your wedding gown- Wow did you ever!
I am beyond proud of you Cory! Congrats on Committing 2B Fit and rocking your bride body!
