Niagara Falls USAF Taekwondo Club (#1551) The Club meets on Mondays & Thursday from 4:00-5:30 at the base fitness center (Building 855).

We are certified through the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) in Kukkiwon, Korea and are members of the USA Taekwondo Association in Colorado Springs, CO. Our mission is to teach basic self defense and instill the 5 Tenents of Taekwondo (Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and an Indomitable Spirit) in our students.

I hope everyone is staying safe and active out there. Even though gyms and schools are closed, still try to find a way to keep moving. Here's my garage dojang where the kids have meen doing online dance and Tkd classes. If anyone wants to try some online training, let me know and I'll give it a shot.

Today, I was thinking about the stack of plaques I have from martial arts tournaments that are second place out of two and third place out of three. My first thought is this isn't much of an accomplishment, but then I realized that I still finished ahead of all the people who never even tried..
