And while we’re enjoying our time away, we’re already excited to head home because we have a new boy coming to the farm! 🐷🤎

On our way home from the OBX we’ll be stopping at Limestone Ranch to pick up the male KuneKune we reserved. He’s already huge and such a beautiful boy!

Now we just need a name… 🤔🐷

Missing the farm a little today, but we’re enjoying this vacation and the much-needed break. 🌊☀️ Taking today to slow down and think about all the things I’m grateful for. ❤️

One thing I’m definitely grateful for? This guy and the crazy little farm life we’ve created together. 😂

Kyle is pretty darn proud of himself for teaching Ziggy & Patches to SIT. 🐷😂 And honestly, watching these two big ol’ KuneKunes sit on command is pretty impressive!

Out of office, into the ocean. 🌊✌️

For a few days, we’re leaving the farm behind and trading chores for OBX beach days, sandy feet, salty air and a whole lot of sunshine. ☀️🌴🌊

Taking this time to slow down, laugh a little louder, soak up the ocean views and make some memories with my favorite people. ❤️

We’ll be checking out for a bit, so messages may go unanswered while we’re enjoying the sand. We’ll catch up and respond to everyone once we’re back home! 🌊🏖️☀️

In case anyone wonders… truth bomb here.
A few reasons breeders get disillusioned to the idea of sharing hatching eggs. My top 4 reasons I don’t offer them as often as I used to.

1. The stress of hatch rates weighing in your mind.

2. The time and effort that goes into packing them well.. it’s a super time consuming task. (Might actually be the top one for me.)

3. Accusatory questions about what hatched … look Karen. We all hatch partridge weirdo hobgoblins from time to time. I’m not a sorcerer. Welcome to genetics.

4. People who hatch them to resell all or most of them before they are even grow them out. Probably the most offensive. As a breeder I don’t need a 3rd party seller for my stock. This will land you strait on my DNS.
