Core Martial Arts Academy Style instructed is Teashikido (Te-ashi-ki-do), an eclectic style of Korean and Japanese arts blended with various modern defense tactics.

CMAA is eclectic martial arts and self-defense skills in a Christian atmosphere. Te-ashi-ki-do (Way of hand, foot, and energy) is the style name that is taught. We continually balance training through a full range art that focuses on angles, striking, grappling, throws, body control, personal creativity, instinctive reaction, and so on. We train and teach body science principles. We do not simply
