Aisling Futbol Aisling is a world-class training academy that assists futbol players in reaching their fullest potential on and off the field.

Our program integrates personal training, virtual resources and recruitment systems that maximize player opportunities. Aisling Futbol was founded in 2017 by Brian Leighton and Marco Viscariello, who combined, have nearly 50 years of playing & coaching experience. Both Marco and Brian share an extensive passion for the game but they also share a drive toward helping young players master their craf

The philosophy behind Aisling futbol extends much further than simply training players, rather Aisling extensively supports its athletes by providing services and resources that significantly increase opportunities. A once in a lifetime race was organized between the fastest greyhounds in the world and along with a captive cheetah who had been tracked of reaching 110 km per hour.

Upon the doors opening, the dogs took off to the crowd's expectations. However, to the crowds surprise, the cheetah did not leave his gate. In fact he laid down and watched the dogs get further and further away.

Following the race, the race coordinator was asked "What happened?!!!"

The race coordinator shrugged his shoulders and said,

"I guess, when you have to prove to the naive that you are the best...it's more of an insult."

Know your work ethic. Know your commitment. Know your value and value your skill.
