I am looking for a couple of people who are familiar with exercise in some way. I realized today I need someone or a few people interested in helping with making of content for my Youtube channel. The training sessions would be recorded and edited. Ideally this would be great for someone looking to get into personal training or just for you average person looking to expand their understanding and knowledge in exercise. It would consist of weight Training, TRX, Boxing, MMA and pretty much everything I offer. As well as percussion therapy demonstrations. If all our muscles worked as we think they work, would we all not have relatively defined bodies? Now one with a extremely high body fat percentage this would not apply. Women tend to only need to be in the high teens and low 20’s to have a toned appearance. Where men need to be mor in a low teen to single digit to have the same appearance. Could this be due to men’s muscle size and strength they start to distort the body early on in our lives?
I think we all can have well defined muscles if ones muscle where all working more appropriately. You see when one muscle becomes tight its opposing muscle must work harder. If this continues throughout our lives. Repeating this process by the time we are in our 40’s. Our muscles must be extremely tight. This can be seen in everyone’s movements. Most easily it can be seen in someone’s posture. If one becomes tight through this process would one not then need to stretch to reverse the process? Instead, we think we can force our bodies into theses postures or movements that we are supposed to be in and or doing.
That is like taking a iron rod and bending it with our bare hands. I think that would be a daunting task. The great thing about our bodies though is that they are incredibly resilient. You see with its resilience it can sustain this type of punishment throughout our entire lives. We have though been looking at ways to fix what is broken with surgery and exercise. When we should have been looking at ways to release our muscles and fascia in a way that is lasting. So, we then do not need surgery and exercise then can be used to help sustain these new movement patterns that can be obtained through stretching.
We just never fully understood what happens to our bodies over time and we never knew a way to truly start to move the fascia into a better state allowing us to move like we used to. Instead of trying to force our bodies into doing what we want it to. We can now with a systematic approach loosen our fascia in ways I never thought possible. Improving all aspects of life. Combine this with stretching and exercise and anything is once again possible.
One must start with releasing the hips and legs. To start this process and with the technology of today and a new perspective on how our bodies work. We can start to undo year of bad habits. With first breaking up the scar tissue that holds us back from moving the way we want to. I am happy to say I have started this process with myself and others and have had great results. I continue to find innovative ways to speed this process up. As well as working now on things people can do on their own to better understand what happens to their bodies over time. So, they too can be more proactive in achieving the results everyone seeks. That to move better, feel better and have more time to do the things they love.

After all these years I finally have a answer to the indented rib cage or what some refer to a rib flare. I have had this since I was a child and told by Drs it was nothing and not to worry. I now realize because of my posture when I was a child the tightness of my chest and core made this happen.
You see our chest muscles connect to various points on the ribcage and like any muscle if overused and used in a particular way it develops scar tissue mimicking that of bone. I always thought my xyphoid process was quite large but never really had anything to compare it to. I now realize what I thought was my xyphoid process all these years was scar tissue. Also, on my right side I had developed something similar. The scar tissue on that side formed to the point where I thought it was my ribcage all these years. Only now do I realize that to was scar tissue.
You see when we are young and developing our core can become so tight that it starts to pull the ribcage in towards the belly button. Even though I was quite skinny growing up I never had what one would call a six pack. Even later in life unless extremely low in body fat would I even have some semblance of one.
I know now my re**us abdominus got so tight as a child that it too formed scar tissue. This can be seen in many children now and can be seen in adults as well. It is why men as they age have a more protruding belly. They are pushing out max effort often. From constantly doing this scar tissue starts to develop. This distorts the ribcage and the hips. Causing scar tissue all over the body.
We think that our bodies are performing optimally all the time and all we need to do is strengthen our muscles. To either lose weight or gain muscle. I know this not to be true. We have so much scar tissue throughout our bodies. It then continues this process unless one starts to break up the fascia and starts to realign fascia.
The core is particularly hard and deceivingly tight. This is because it is more like a web of muscle tissue spreading out over our entire midsection. With no true backbone like so many of our other muscles. Because all this starts at a very young age. We have missed this and perceived weakness in muscles when in all it is tightness.
When you think about just how much one relies upon our core there is no way our cores can be weak in just a physical sense of needing to get stronger. One must stretch the fascia and one can regain strength. Our tightness if you think about it when one ages one becomes more fearful of certain movements. This creates a domino effect because we fear a movement we tense and when we tense, we are more likely to create more scar tissue. Becoming more and more tight until we injure something.
I have figured out a way to systematically stretch the fascia so one may start to regain true strength and balance again. With the systematic approach we all can start to feel better and be able to do the things we love without fear of injury. Thankfully this process doesn’t take as long as it did to create it. I am developing stretching techniques to help speed up this process. Along with postural cues so one can start make the most out of releasing one’s fascia.

Why do we all exercise? Regardless if it is to look better, feel better or move better. We all are missing the most fundamental part of it. We are all only as strong as we are flexible. Our inability to move is usually what prompts many of us to start exercising or are told that we should. We all start to feel weak and tight. But what if we have been looking at this all wrong for years. Up until now no one has put together a methodical way of stretching our fascia. With todays technology we are now able to do this. After years of watching people struggle with developing good movement patterns due to their tightness. I have developed a methodical way to stretch our entire body. So we can do more of the things we love to do. I am changing my business model. To focus more on this. So everyone can start to feel the benefits of a more limber flexible body. Traditional stretching methods just don't work like we think they do. Massages to do not have the lasting benefits we all crave. But if we integrate the two together with technology of today we can all learn how to start doing this. If we add in my knowldedge of the human anatomy. We get a new way of transforming our bodies. In a short period of time one can start to see the benefits of this. Regardless if one wants to just move better or if one is looking to get more out of exercise. This can be utilized by all. This is the new way we need to start looking at how treat our bodies fascia. Days of looking at the body of segmented body parts are over. Our bodies are one big integrated system that only works as well as the individual segments of our bodies. If one area of the body is tight it is reflective throughout our entire system. I am offering just this a methodical way to release ones fascia so we can get more out of our bodies. Right now I am offering individualized sessions on this. In the months to come I will be offering classes to help keep our fascia moving better in-between these individualized sessions. In these sessions I will explain in depth what happens to our fascia over time and what we can do to combat our natural aging processes. Over time I will make more and more of this information available for all. I hope this was informative and elusive enough for everyone to want to learn more and understand what it took me years to understand. So that everyone can benefit in ways we have always wanted to from exercise.

I do want to thank all those who have reached out on my post about mental health. I just posted a little bit about my findings I have been working on about our fascia and it is the new direction of my business. This is something I hav spent a lifetime working on. I was not sure where my research would take me. It is what has come of this experience I had with my mental health. I think what I have found is something we all can benefit from. I am now more flexible than ever. My balance has improved, my posture is even better. I spent countless ours on myself trying to fin the best and fastest ways possible to help other achieve this. I will continue to refine the process. Now with my new understanding of how fascia truly works and what we can do to live better lives. I am sure I will find faster ways to achieve this. This honestly would not have been possible without the technology of today. I know as technology improves so to will the speed in which we can undo years of bad movement and posture. I am over that first milestone of understanding just what happens to our fascia as we age and how we can combat it to live better lives. In the near future I will be putting more informative information out there. I have kept it vague on purpose so to captivate people more and want to ask questions. I am devising a system to teach others this process and will soon be offering classes to help speed up the process. I am developing a entire system from start to infinity on where one wants to go with this information. I can not wait to truly help people in a way no one has done before and to do it on a larger scale than I ever thought possible. I hope you all find the information informative and more will follow. I want to thank everyone again for there support and understanding. It is those very people that I take pride in what I do and know that I can overcome anything with the right attitude. The amazing body and how we had it all wrong for so many years. Our bodies become so tight they restrict our movements. Our solution to this for years has been exercise which further tightens our muscles. Our tightness is what causes these injuries not our weakness. The scar tissue we have on our bodies is profound. When I set out to understand our fascia. I did not expect to find the results that I did. We have had it so wrong for so many years. Yet it was always there in plain sight. The only way for one to know though is to do as I did and experiment on oneself. So, one can truly understand just how our bodies adapt and change over time. Our bodies are always seeking to balance oneself and to find the easiest way to perform a movement. By doing so we become tighter and tighter over time. The tightness is our weakness!
We think our core is weak because of its appearance on many people and due to many peoples struggle with movement, balance and strength. When you really think about it though our core is used for everything. If something is used all the time for everything how then can it be weak? From its tightness it becomes inflexible. From its inflexibility it becomes weak. When you look around you can see we are all so tight. Pushing us into positions we deem comfortable. We have trouble squatting, getting out of chairs, walking upstairs our tightness is all around use. We for centuries have been thinking it weakness, so we try to strengthen it.
Caring for our fascia is the way of the future. If you stretch your fascia, you can regain so much. Up until now we have not known a way to do this. I have found the solution changing the way we perceive the body. What I have done to myself I can do for others. With my systematic approach we can all start to live better lives. By loosening our hips and core we can start to see improvements in our daily lives. Allowing us to get more out of exercise, freeing yourself from movement restrictions.
As we all get older, we start to fear certain movements. Either because the bring the chance of pain or because we are injuring it further. We all live with these thoughts many of them reside subconsciously. Which in many ways are the worst because our bodies unintentionally tense without cause.
Our tension is also what creates these problems we all face. We all try to fix them or wish we could in some way. We all live in fear of movement in some way. Let’s free ourselves from these fears. Let’s live better lives where we can all do more and be more.

We deal with a lot of injured clientele. A local chiropractor in the area and Dr.s office supplies referrals. We also average 2-3 new clients a month. So potential for growth is there. A certification and either 2 years in the field or a Bachelors degree in exercise and science After the interviewing process you will shadow me for a few weeks. For the final part of the process you will be asked to train a variety of clients. You will be paid for all time done shadowing and training.
