The Coup de Grace! After almost two years of planning, set backs, and complete project redesign it’s finally finished.

Tomorrow will be the big un-veiling. I have finally finished my first personal custom built rifle. It was a long Journey. Who knew that what started off as an upgraded and accurised Savage 110 Tactical, would evolve into this. Two years worth of changes, setbacks, and discoveries. Thank you to everyone who helped me along this endeavor. Thanks to the wonderful people at WOOX especially my friend Sarah, for giving me the motivation to build a bolt action rifle. Thanks to Dan and Forest Newberry at Bangsteel.com Long Range Shooting School for all the wonderful advise they give both at the school’s range and on your podcast. Look forward to bringing this rifle up there next year and banging that 2165 plate. Hope it shoots as good as it looks too. Thanks to Ben Fleenor Cold Spring Enterprises LLC for your help in choosing my optic. Thanks to Bella at American Rifle Company, Inc. and Bryce at Preferred Barrel Blanks for your patience with me. Thanks to Savage Arms for your support and wonderful customer service. Even though I went away from that company for this build, it isn’t because of the quality of their fi****ms. Thanks to my friends who supported and believed in my ability to do this. It was grueling, it was challenging, but it was also very rewarding. I’ve made so many connections with wonderful people. I hope to work with you all again.
