Don't forget to prioritize your sleep!

Not only does it help with productivity and mood throughout your day, but there is also plenty of research to show how a bad night of sleep affects the hormones that control hunger.

All need to be prioritized to optimize your health, we often just focus on crushing the few hours a week we spend in the gym and think everything else will fall into place.

If you go to the gym on average 45 minutes 3x a week that is 2 hours and 15 minutes in the gym per week. That is 1% of your week spent in the gym. It's not that you need more time in the gym, you need to focus on creating healthy habits during the time you are not in the gym.

Nothing is going to be perfect, if you train hard 2-3x a week and hit your nutrition and sleep goals most (doesn't need to be all) days of the week, then things will really start to fall into place.

Everyone should be resistance training!! It only becomes even more important as we age.

30-60 mins a day, 2x a week is enough. Just start by doing some type of resistance exercise, and work on perfecting your form and programming as you go. Dont step over dollars to pick up pennies! You do not need to be in the gym for hours on end in order to optimize your health.
