Join Newton Falls Fitness Center and Karen Rutan for Total Body Circuit, Thursdays at 6:00pm.

Get ready for a full‑body, high‑energy workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and coordination. We’ll start with a two‑song warm‑up, then move through three rounds of lighter weights and high repetitions, targeting different muscle groups while mixing in cardio each round. We’ll finish with a cool‑down and stretch to leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

Important Details
This is NOT a senior fitness class.
This is a moderate-to-high-intensity group workout that includes floor and mat exercises.

Buns & Guns

You are invited to join Karen Rutan Fitness and Newton Falls Fitness Center on Mondays at 7:00pm at Love Yoga Studio- 25 W. Broad St., Newton Falls, OH, for Buns & Guns.

This class is FREE to Newton Falls Fitness Center members. There is a $5.00 charge for non-members. We will accept cash, check, or Venmo for payment.

Buns & Guns is a moderate-to-intense strength-conditioning class.
The class will begin with a two-song warm-up before moving into the strength segment. which includes one exercise for each major muscle group and two to three exercises targeting the biceps and gluteal muscle groups. This class will end with a cool-down and final stretches.

*Mat work/floorwork WILL be incorporated.

*This is NOT a senior fitness class.

*Please bring a mat and some water.

Class size is limited due to space.
