Thank you so much to all of the families that donated to our Indiana lunch for the boys and coaches. Though they won't be enjoying it until tomorrow afternoon, I wanted to shout out our donors who stepped up to feed our Tigers.
*The Smithberger Family - $100 donation which was used for pizza
*Joann Kaiser - $50 donation which was used for pizza and bagged candy for lunch bags
*The McGregor Family - $50 which was used for pizza
*The Vargo Family - $10 which was used for pizza
*Lisa Moorehead and DeAnna Karpenko - so much stuff!!! Uncrustables, honey buns, fruit roll ups, rice crispy treats, pudding cups, oranges, and more to fill our lunch bags
*The Champion Family - 4 cases of Gatorade and water
*Patti Hanzes - 4 cases of water
*Jared Clonch - providing a movie snack for the team and hauling tables to make sure the food can be served to the team
*The Powell Family - Chips, granola bars, cookies, and more for lunch bags
*The Huff Family - Cases of drinks and protein bars, etc.
* The Stinson Family - Cases of chips, cookies, juice boxes, plates, etc.
(I'm really hoping I didn't miss anyone - but if I did, please let me know with my apologies.)
We received so many cash donations, we actually refused cash donations from at least four other groups or families, so that money can be used later for other times we are feeding the team. And many others reached out about what was still needed, but we already had an abundance of items, plus enough items to get us through the next couple away games, so we stopped collecting temporarily. We are so grateful for all of the families that stepped up and we hope the boys enjoy their game tomorrow and the meal afterwards.
