Just a heads up that our friends are back…please leave some extra travel time.
We have 9 am yoga stating, sold out times for at 10:15 and this afternoon we have plenty of room in 4:15 Yogalaties and 5:15 Zumba! Join us!!

Thank you to all the Kids, parents, families and friends who came out to participate in the Annual Kids FREE Wellness Day! We could never do this without our volunteers and community partners: NCH Rehab Services, NCH Community Health, Vermont Department of Health, Nami Vermont, Green Mountain Farm-to-School, Umbrella, Lake Region Uhsd #24 Honor Society Volunteer and of course your host: The Wellness Center!!! If you enjoyed our new additions like the giant connect four, tic-tac-toe, Jenga, etc. - that was in special thanks to the NCH Foundation! This is NCH’s special program that makes investments to support funding in patient care, the oncology fund, diabetes fund and many more important initiatives! Thank you NCH FOUNDATION! We hope to see you again next year: May 22nd!!!! (The weekend before Memorial Day!)

This Memorial Day, all of us in The Wellness Center community pause to remember and honor the people who gave their lives in service to our country.
As part of a wellness & healthcare community, we see every day the importance of care, compassion, sacrifice, and service to others.
Memorial Day reminds us that freedom has always carried a profound cost; one paid by generations of brave individuals and their families.
May we never forget!

We’re posting a day early because there’s no way we could let Mother’s Day Weekend pass without celebrating the incredible moms in our community!
Moms are truly our people. They make up so much of our staff/instructors, and our members. We see every day just how much they carry for their families, workplaces, and communities.
That’s why we deeply honor the moms who choose to also invest in themselves. Whether they come to sweat, breathe, dance, stretch, spin, lift, or simply take a moment to recharge; we know that time is valuable, and choosing wellness is powerful.
Healthy moms matter. Strong moms matter. Rested moms matter. Joyful moms matter.
Thank you to every mom who walks through our doors exactly as you are. Your commitment to your health is a priceless investment in your future and in the people who love you most.
