It’s been a while since I’ve posted some transformation photos but I’m trying to be more relatable & show the side that a lot of people don’t see… might not look like much, but these are over the last 2 years

Life happens, you go through stuff, you gain weight, you lose weight, you lose yourself….
If you keep those tiny promises you make with yourself & keep showing up… you’ll eventually see the light again. You’ll feel stronger, you’ll feel healthier & you’ll continue to keep going…

This is your reminder to not give up on yourself no matter how hard life feels at the present moment.
Hire a trainer, bring a friend, push those negative thoughts to the side & fight for yourself!

My fitness journey over the last 10 years has been all over the place but I can say the one thing that’s helped is just showing up & giving my all in the moment. I’m not where I want to be, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come & what I’ve built so far.

Don’t give up on you, you only get one body, be grateful for all it does for you🫶🏽🤞🏽

Learning to trust gods plan fully, stay present & enjoy every moment knowing it’s going to lead me exactly where I’m meant to be with the right people 🫶🏽🙏🏽🌊
