MTSU Volleyball Team Camp Recap

Another great opportunity for our Lady Red to compete, learn, and grow! We challenged ourselves against strong competition, embraced new experiences, and continued building chemistry on and off the court.
From the bus rides and team meals to intense practices and competitive matches, every moment helped us become a stronger team. Growth doesn't happen by staying comfortable—it happens when we compete, trust each other, and give our best.
I'm proud of the effort, attitude, and willingness these girls showed all camp long. Now it's time to take what we learned and bring it into our season.

FCA Volleyball Camp 2026 Recap ❤️🏐
What an incredible week!
Our Lady Red volleyball family returned home with so much more than sore muscles and tired bodies. We came home with hearts that have been challenged, encouraged, and strengthened in our faith.
This year's theme, "Proven" from John 15:8, reminded us that when we remain in Christ and bear fruit, we glorify God. Our prayer is that what was planted this week continues to grow long after camp is over. We couldn't be more thankful for this amazing group of young ladies. We watched them encourage one another, step outside their comfort zones, worship boldly, compete with purpose, laugh until their sides hurt, and build friendships that will last far beyond volleyball.
As coaches, we feel incredibly blessed to walk alongside these athletes. Thank you to our parents for trusting us, to FCA for pouring into our team, and most importantly, to God for His faithfulness throughout this week.
Now it's time to take what we've learned and live it every day—on the court, in the classroom, at home, and in our community.
