18 years of helping people..watching trends come and go and some of the dumbest things I've seen in the fitness industry that still makes me smh and say...why???

Something like this is just that....cost vs benefit? ZERO reason to be doing push ups like this to be of any benefit with multiple risk outcomes.

Don't be stupid in your workouts. Be smart, beneficial, functional, challenging WITH purpose......Don't be a circus act.

3rd new hole in the belt since the start of the year. It’s why I do what I do and focus on cellular function and wellness.
