We teach a hard style karate called Shotokan karate, we offer classes on Monday for women thats based on cardio workout aspect of karate with the self defense applications included, after that class is a class developed for teens an adults with mostly sparring techniques , these classes are all in glover vt at the town hall. Thursday nights at the American Legion we offer all ages and ranks to j

oin us for traditional shotokan karate training, Fridays we have a mini tiger karate class desighned for children from 3 to seven years old, whom learn our code of ethics and the art of karate.
