MAJORS AND MINORS PLAYERS WANTED!

Registration for Fall ball is now open on our website!
The Fall Ball season for baseball and softball will begin at the start of September and run through October. Players should be registering for the level of play they intend to register for in the Spring 2027 season. This is a great opportunity for players to become familiar with a new division and work on their skills for the spring season.
Fall ball programs will have one practice per week and one game per week (typically on Saturday or Sunday). Every division travels to the other cities and towns that make up Division 2. This includes: Barrington, Bristol, Tiverton, Middletown, Portsmouth, East Providence.
Registration is open for the following divisions:
Baseball Minors
Baseball Majors
Softball Minors
Softball Majors
Registration will be open until August 20, 2026
Schedules for Fall Ball are determined by the district and will be sent to coaches as soon as Newport Little League receives it.

Join us at Braga Field on August 23 at 4PM for our SOFTBALL SHOWDOWN featuring Newport Little League Softball legends, the day after our NLL Neighborhood Battle. Pack a picnic and cheer us on.

Any donations received directly support Newport Little League team and community building through sports!

Newport All Stars made a great run but exited the District 2 Ron Silva Tournament in the Top 5 with a 2-2 record. Congrats to all our players and the great challenges and challengers they faced. On to next year!

NPT LL Minors All-Stars were victorious against KPLL 2026 Ron Silva All-Stars 7-4 on Sunday at Vets Field.

A single by Davon W put NPT LL Minors All-Stars on the board in the bottom of the second.

A walk by Zeni C, a walk by Levi R, and a single by Oliver B helped NPT LL Minors All-Stars extend their early lead in the third.

Soren Z led things off on the bump for NPT LL Minors All-Stars. The hurler surrendered six hits and three runs over three and one-third innings, striking out six and walking one. Carl B stepped on the bump first for KPLL 2026 Ron Silva All-Stars. The starting pitcher gave up five hits and seven runs over five innings, striking out 12 and walking eight. Bobby G appeared in relief for NPT LL Minors All-Stars.

Cooper G led NPT LL Minors All-Stars with two hits in three at bats from the leadoff position. Oliver and Davon each drove in two runs for NPT LL Minors All-Stars. NPT LL Minors All-Stars had patience at the plate, tallying eight walks for the game. Colin M and Levi led the team with two free passes each. Colin and Cooper each stole multiple bases for NPT LL Minors All-Stars. NPT LL Minors All-Stars stole six bases in the game.

Carl drove the middle of the lineup, leading KPLL 2026 Ron Silva All-Stars with two runs batted in. The pitcher went 1-for-3 on the day. Steven W went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead KPLL 2026 Ron Silva All-Stars in hits. Owen C collected two hits for KPLL 2026 Ron Silva All-Stars in three at bats. Steven stole two bases. KPLL 2026 Ron Silva All-Stars were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Emmett O made the most plays with 13.
