My coaching journey started in 2001. 24 years ago!! Then I graduated with a teaching degree a few years later.

So teaching and coaching has always been on my life. I had no idea where my background and education would take me.

Not only do I love to learn and continue to learn about the game, about sports, about people. But I am so incredibly passionate about passing on knowledge and sharing information. With players. With colleagues.

I am always looking for ways to collaborate and offer coaching development opportunities. I got my Level 1 almost 10 years ago. And it really made me hungry for more personal development. I am so happy to be able to offer so many coaches in our area this same opportunity.

Thanks to and thanks to Courtney for running the event.
