Kids Camp Update

Due to the weather and extreme heat, we are postponing Kids Camp until Wednesday and Thursday, July 29–30, from 5:30–8:00 p.m.

The safety of our campers and volunteers is our top priority, and we believe moving the camp will provide a better and safer experience for everyone.

Thank you so much for your patience, flexibility, and understanding. We are still looking forward to two great evenings of learning, fun, and making memories together!

We can’t wait to see everyone Wednesday!

We want to congratulate this years 2026 Don Ellison Memorial Scholarship Finalists. At least one of these deserving candidates will receive a $500 scholarship from NEA Sports and Fat City Apparel. Our committee needs your help! Please cast your vote for who you believe deserves this year's scholarship. Last night was special.

These seniors left their mark on our program in a way that goes far beyond wins and losses. They showed up early, competed hard, stayed loyal to each other, and represented Newport baseball the right way every single day.

This group brought toughness, leadership, energy, and brotherhood to our field. Some led with their voices, some led by example, but every one of them helped build the culture we’re proud of today.

As coaches, you always hope your players grow into great teammates and even better young men and this class did exactly that. Watching them walk across that stage last night was a proud moment for all of us.

No matter where life takes them next, they’ll always be part of the Greyhound family.

Proud of these guys. Proud to have coached them. And proud of the legacy they leave behind. Once a Hound, Always a Hound! 🧡🖤
