🚨 Newport Renovations!

We’ve been busy making some upgrades at our Newport location over the last few months!

We re-floored the former carpeted area, added some pieces of equipment, and made several changes to the layout to improve the overall flow and use of the floor space.

EQUIPMENT ADDED:

▪️Abductor / Adductor Combo
▪️Converging Chest Press
▪️Chest Fly / Rear Delt Combo
▪️Upgraded Preacher Curl & Calf Raise

We appreciate everyone’s patience while we worked through the renovations, moved equipment, shut down sections of the gym, and put everything back together.
