Dirt Devils 10U finish the day as Gold Bracket Finalists in the DC Fastpitch Bring the Heat tournament on Saturday. Olivia Kasey led the offense with three hits on the day including a monster triple to give the Dirt Devils the lead in their semifinals victory. Merryn Lewis added multiple base hits on the day including a triple and Deegan Mitcham was a catalyst with a leadoff hit in three of the games. Harper Talbert got the win from the circle in a crucial game one victory, pitching 8 innings with 11Ks across the day. Lena Gardner secured the game 2 and 3 wins from the mound throwing 10 innings with 28 Ks and allowing one hit on the day. The defense made some stellar plays including an amazing catch in left field by Lynnox Coalson. Way to go Dirt Devils!

Here are your Mountain Empire District Tournament Champions!!!! These ladies will be taking the field at home next Wednesday for the Region Quarterfinals. So proud of these girls and coaches!! 🥎❤️🩵

Happy Mother's Day to all of the amazing moms out there! And a special shoutout to our Dirt Devils 🥎✨️ Softball Mamas✨️🥎 who bring us love and support each weekend and stick with us through the long days at the ballfield, making sure there are always plenty of snacks. You celebrate so big with us in the joyful moments and wipe away the tears after the tough ones and we couldn't do it without you!!
